With a commitment to delivering a people agenda, this company is seeking a highly competent and motivated Learning and Development Facilitator to join its People Development Team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to design and deliver impactful training sessions that enhance leadership and management skills across the organisation.
As a Learning and Development Facilitator, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and facilitating behaviour-based learning activities and workshops. This position requires regular travel around the business, with some overnight stays, and offers a blend of office and hybrid working arrangements.
The Role:
- Facilitate dynamic, interactive learning sessions using various mediums, including in-person workshops and virtual sessions.
- Lead and deliver parts of the Leadership Programme, including the accredited ILM 3 Management course.
- Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to enhance skill development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage logistics for training events, including scheduling and venue setups.
About You:
- A formal learning and development qualification or equivalent (e.g., CIPD Level 5, ILM 5).
- Minimum of 2-4 years in training facilitation or a related field.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results.
This role requires the successful candidate to travel to all of the operational sites on a regular basis, so you must hold a clean driving license.
