A global professional services firm is hiring a new International Business Development Executive to support its growing international BD agenda.

This is a brand-new role, working closely with a senior international BD lead to help coordinate and deliver cross-border business development activity. The focus is commercial, not marketing-led.

This is a commercially focused business development role, rather than a sales or marketing position. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of traditional professional services BD, alongside the ability to work closely with marketing to ensure activity is aligned and effective.

What you'll do

  • Support international BD planning and coordination
  • Work with senior stakeholders to develop existing clients and identify new opportunities
  • Enable collaboration across regions, practices and time zones
  • Support international client teams and key account activity

What we're looking for

  • Significant relevant BD/marketing experience in professional services
  • Strong commercial understanding of client development
  • Confident working directly with senior stakeholders
  • Highly autonomous, self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Legal / IP or multi-disciplinary professional services experience
