An established and highly regarded UK property investor and asset manager is seeking an Interim Asset Manager to join their Midlands team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The business has a significant nationwide commercial portfolio extending to c. 9 million sq. ft across 200+ industrial, trade and office park locations, comprising 4,000+ individual units. Assets are actively managed through regional teams across the UK, including the Midlands function this role will support.
The Role: You will support the day-to-day asset management of a regional commercial portfolio, working across industrial, trade and office assets. Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the key point of contact between landlord and tenants
- Managing lettings activity including viewings, negotiations and lease completion
- Supporting the marketing of vacant units to drive occupancy
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant compliance
- Undertaking site inspections, including health safety considerations
- Working alongside surveyors and contractors to deliver property works
- Maintaining accurate asset management records and systems
About You: This role would be suited to a property graduate with some exposure to the sector and a strong desire to develop, or an experienced professional.
