Are you an experienced HR Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can have autonomy over your own employee and management team? I am currently working with a client who is looking for an experienced HR Officer, reporting into a HR Business Partner. Duties include:

  • Leading on all absence cases
  • Supporting business partner in investigations for more complex employee relations cases
  • Supporting in all new employee cases from recruitment to on-boarding including detailed right to work and background checks
  • Attending and note taking at formal HR meetings
  • Maintaining HRIS
  • Issuing new starter contracts and creating welcome packs

Please note this is a full-time position with hybrid and flexible working with the expectation to visit your sites weekly (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire) so a full driving license and own transport is essential.

For this role, we are looking for experienced HR Officers who have experience leading or supporting on employee relations cases and ideally hold a CIPD qualification level 3 or equivalent. You will be used to working in regulated environments where, even though you are working at pace, attention to detail and accuracy are paramount. You will be experienced in audits with a thorough understanding of GDPR.
