I am sourcing for a detail-driven HRIS & Payroll Manager to lead and integrate the global people systems. This role is pivotal in shaping how payroll, benefits, and HR technology across multiple regions are managed. This is a hybrid role 1-2 days onsite in either London or West Sussex.

HRIS & Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance payroll operations and benefit schemes for a multi-entity business, including a large operational workforce.
- Lead the governance and optimisation of the HR system, currently used across various regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and global consistency.
- Drive smarter, data-led HR practices-bringing dashboards, insights, and automation to the forefront.
- Be a trusted partner to senior leaders across People, Finance, and Operations.
- Provide training and support to HR and business users on systems
- Own the relationships with the HRIS provider, development and invoicing.
HRIS & Payroll Manager Experience Required.
- Proven experience leading Payroll and HRIS in a complex, multi-country environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll compliance and hands-on system expertise (HRIS implementation experience is essential).
- Dayforce experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and stakeholder management.
- A proactive mindset, ready to simplify, streamline, and scale systems.
- Outstanding stakeholder and project management skills-comfortable juggling complexity with clarity.
- People management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business
- Able to travel to West Sussex or London once a week
