I am seeking for a HR Business Partner who comes with a strong background within distribution or retail industry. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support to the General Manager circa 250 people onsite.
This role will be based 3 days onsite in Birmingham and 2 days working from home on a 6 month FTC
HR Business Partner Responsibilities;
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the site
- Managing the people strategy within the key business unit
- Support performance management activities
- Support HR related projects and initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, relationship management activities, and strategic initiatives.
A successful HR Business Partner should have;
- Proven experience as a HRBP ideally from a Distribution or Retail background
- Strong generalist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
