I am recruiting a HR Business Partner with an interest to gain further exposure into Organisational Design You will be co-ordinating research, data analysis, and organisational design. This is your chance to influence strategy, innovate HR practices, and design the blueprint of tomorrow\’s workforce in one of the most exciting infrastructure transformations. This role will be an initial 6 month FTC working 1-2 days in the office based in Birmingham / London. HR Business Partner Responsibilities: Design future-ready business structures, job roles, and T&Cs Turn complex HR/OD data into powerful insights Scout best practices and trends in culture, leadership, talent and engagement Create a smart, future proof HR library of roles, policies and profiles Drive continuous improvement and innovation Support sensitive, high-impact initiatives at the heart of changeHR Business Partner Skills: Broad HR & Org Design experience or know-how (CIPD 5 or working towards) A keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and a drive to deliver excellence Proven experience in fast-moving sectors ideally within transport/logistics/hospitality Research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills Confidence with tech and crafting quality reports.
