Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to help shape and develop the HR approach and move to a responsive, and value-add function.
Coventry Area Base β predominantly site-based, some flex to WFH

As HR Business Partner you will partner with SLT across a couple of business areas, you will also manage a small team of HR Advisor\βs and HR Administrator, reviewing and developing robust HR processes and systems.
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will have worked within operational unionised businesses, i.e Manufacturing, Distribution etc, and have managed a team and developed HR processes and systems.
