Role Overview

The Head of New Business will drive the company's growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities within brokers and partnerships. This role involves developing and executing a strategic business development plan to meet revenue targets, reporting to the Head of Sales and Customer Retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely achievement of sales plans and targets, maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for partner/customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience
