We\’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to join a global operations powerhouse, reporting directly to the HR Director and working closely with the UK MD and Leadership Team. You\’ll be pivotal in shaping and delivering a high-performing HR strategy across multiple UK sites – with strong collaboration across Ireland and Europe.

The Role:

  • Lead and develop a forward-thinking HR team across a complex, matrixed environment
  • Align HR practices with business strategy and values across all sites
  • Influence, coach and challenge senior stakeholders to drive cultural and operational transformation
  • Deliver both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational support
  • Promote consistency and collaboration across HR teams in the UK and wider Europe
