An opportunity for an experienced Head of HR has arisen for a growing, successful SME in Birmingham.

Salary cup to £80k – 2 days per week on site in Birmingham.

As Head of HR you will lead the small HR team, and develop the people strategy to support this expanding organisation. This will include Learning and Development, Attraction and Retention, Organisational Design, Succession and Talent. As Head of HR you will be adept at working with a range of Senior Stakeholders.

Having previously supported an SME through a growth agenda you will be able bring that existing experience with you.
