Gleeson Recruitment are recruiting for a strategic finance and compliance role combining financial analysis with regulatory oversight to ensure optimal customer relationships and supplier compliance. Responsible for financial performance monitoring, risk assessment, customer due diligence, and providing analytical support to drive sales team accountability and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer due diligence – performing know your customer (KYC) checks on all approval customers ahead of sending to our suppliers
  • Compliance – producing and presenting a full and detailed account of performance on key suppliers to key senior leadership each week
  • Stock management – reviewing aging of key supplier stock weekly and proposing allocations, transfers and actions for sales teams in order to keep stock moving effectively
  • Approvals – ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained from CEO prior to any communication to the suppliers
  • Supplier management – supporting the sales teams in their communication with suppliers or performing this for them with respect to key suppliers so all communication links are monitored and managed

Essential Requirements

  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, or audit
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency
