Corporate Finance Analyst - M&A Advisory

Join a corporate finance boutique advising some of the UK's most exciting founder-led and private equity-backed businesses. I am on the lookout for a commercially minded and driven Analyst to join their Birmingham team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior team members and get real exposure to live M&A transactions from day one.

Who They Are Looking For

  • A graduate (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials, Economics, Finance or Business related degree
  • Commercially aware and passionate about business
  • Analytical, curious, and eager to learn

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved across the full deal lifecycle, gaining wide exposure to clients, investors and buyers. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research and mapping sectors
  • Supporting financial analysis and valuation work
  • Producing marketing and deal materials (e.g., teasers, IMs, presentations)
  • Engaging with stakeholders during live deals
  • Assisting in business development initiatives and internal tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
