- Manage pricing collation and quotations with vendors and clients.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather and share operational information.
- Support internal teams by creating technical documents and marketing materials (e.g., presentations, route surveys, method statements).
- Respond to Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for global projects.
- Participate in RFQ meetings to understand client requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of RFQs and ad hoc quotes, including time-sensitive online bids.
- Track, prioritise, and manage multiple deadlines and tenders effectively.
- Collaborate with Business Development to develop bid strategies and analyse competitor positioning.
- Provide feedback to senior management to enhance bid success.
- Develop and update sales literature as needed.
- Source and compile pricing from global vendors and offices.
