What You’ll Be Doing Preparing monthly management accounts and assisting with year-end reporting. Crunching the numbers to provide insight that helps make smarter business decisions. Leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Streamlining financial processes using advanced Excel techniques (think macros, pivot tables, and even VBA). Working closely with teams across the business to improve financial operations. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Ideally ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or working towards it with solid experience). Experience: You’ve done something similar before, ideally in retail or a fast-paced environment. Excel Mastery: Advanced skills with formulas, data visualisation, and automation.
