A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Public Law Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Department in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong advocacy and case management experience to handle a varied caseload of public law children matters, including care proceedings, emergency applications, and matters involving local authorities.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in public law children work
  • Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ideally hold Children Panel accreditation, although this is not essential
  • Be able to work effectively within a supportive and collaborative team environment
