Events Manager (B2B) – 6 Month FTC

The Role

I’m recruiting for an Events Manager to join a dynamic team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality B2B events that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and deliver a calendar of professional B2B events from conception to completion.
  2. Manage event logistics including venue selection, supplier relationships, and budget oversight.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
  4. Oversee event marketing materials and communications.
  5. Analyse post-event data to measure success and identify improvements.
  6. Represent the organisation professionally at all events.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Proven experience in B2B events management, bonus if in the property sector.
  2. Strong track record of delivering successful corporate events within budget.
  3. Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  4. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  5. Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
  6. Experience with events in the Midlands region highly desirable.
