Key Responsibilities: Oversee a fast paced , multi-drop delivery operation across London, providing exceptional service to a diverse customer base. Lead and develop a large team by fostering a culture of collaboration and people engagement Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to improve the efficiency, safety, and quality of the operation. Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes. Manage budgetary constraints while optimising operational costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
