Data Governance Business Partner Solihull based (Hybrid working, in office 1/2 days per week) £65K – £70K This role involves working in a wider Data & BI team but being the sole Data Governance leader within that team and working with different areas of the business so must be comfortable doing this. Working for a leading global organisation, they are looking for a data governance expert, engaging with leadership and other key stakeholders in the organisation and external providers to drive adoption of good data management practice across the business. Softer skills and stakeholder management are massively important in this role as you will need to translate to the business. Role responsibilities: Work collaboratively across the business functions to implement and drive a suite of Data Governance policies, practices, and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance. Be the data governance expert, engaging with leadership and other key stakeholders in the wider business and external providers to drive adoption of good data management practice across the business. Oversee the generation, review and use of metrics associated with data governance and quality assurance to ensure adherence to policies and report findings.
