The Cyber Security Pre-Sales Consultant will act as a technical lead on Cyber Security opportunities within our client's organization. The role focuses on supporting revenue growth and providing expert advice on cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs. The individual will report to the Director of Pre-Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Cyber Security Sales Lead with key opportunities.
- Serve as the Technical Authority for responses to opportunities at both client and tender levels.
- Deliver Technical Account Management to ensure smooth implementation of Cyber Security services and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all sales activities and proposed solutions comply with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Build strong customer relationships to understand their environments and challenges, offering expert guidance to mitigate risks.
- Translate customer needs into compelling, high-quality, financially sound solutions, including Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity industry trends and identify areas for innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of consulting engagements.
- Implement proof-of-concept installations and conduct technical presentations and workshops.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, managing escalations and stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to internal processes, quality assurance, and thought leadership.
- Support the company's sustainability strategy.
- Undertake any other duties or projects as requested by the manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of Security technologies and Cloud Architecture (Microsoft and AWS).
- Vendor experience/accreditations with Microsoft, IBM, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Crowdstrike, Cisco, or others.
- Pre-sales experience in the cybersecurity market.
- Experience in developing new routes to market.
