An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Senior Associate to join a well-regarded Top 100 law firm at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a strategic hire within the Birmingham office, offering the chance to play a central role in building and developing a regional conveyancing presence across the Midlands, supported by an established and successful team operating across the firm's wider network of offices.
This role will suit a motivated and commercially minded conveyancer who is keen to step into a leadership role, contribute to strategic planning, and help shape the future direction of a growing team.
The Role- Managing a caseload of high-value residential conveyancing transactions, including complex matters.
- Working closely with partners and senior leadership to grow and develop the Birmingham conveyancing team.
- Playing a key role in business development and strengthening the firm’s presence across the Midlands.
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers and support staff as the team expands.
- Contributing to strategic initiatives aligned with the firm’s broader regional growth plans.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with significant residential conveyancing experience.
- Proven experience handling high-value or technically complex transactions.
- A strong interest in leadership, team building, and strategic growth.
- Commercially astute, with enthusiasm for developing client relationships and referral networks.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and supervisory skills.
