An ambitious national law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join its expanding Birmingham office. This is a superb opportunity to join a highly regarded real estate team that advises on large-scale transactions, complex planning matters, and a broad range of commercial property work for well-established clients.
The team is headed by a recognised leader in the real estate sector – ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers – and is experiencing significant growth due to strong client demand. You\’ll work alongside experienced and collaborative colleagues on high-quality work, with real scope to grow your practice and contribute to wider team success.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision
• Deliver consistently high standards of client service
• Support senior team members on complex or large-scale transactions
• Get involved in business development and contribute to client retention and growth
• Maintain accurate financials, including time recording and billing
• Continuously develop technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills

What we\’re looking for:

• A qualified solicitor with 1-5 years\’ PQE in commercial property law
• Experience gained in a reputable regional or City firm
• Strong commercial awareness and a client-centric approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence using legal technology and case management systems
• A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a wider team
