Commercial Property Associate (2-6 PQE) | Bristol

I am working with a highly regarded national law firm who are looking to grow their Commercial Property team in Bristol. With a strong reputation both locally and nationally, this firm offers the perfect platform for ambitious property lawyers who want to take their career to the next level.

The Role
You will join a busy and high-performing Commercial Property team, working on a wide variety of transactions for a diverse client base. The work is both challenging and rewarding, spanning:

  • Investment and development projects across the region and beyond

  • Landlord & tenant matters for major occupiers and investors

  • Real estate finance, acting for lenders and borrowers

  • Regeneration and strategic land schemes

  • Mixed-use developments and large-scale projects that often involve collaboration with the firm's planning, construction, and corporate teams
