You\’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across multiple business areas – providing clear insight into financial performance, guiding forecasting and planning, and helping drive profitability across the organisation. This role comes with an annual salary of up to £55,000.00. Key Responsibilities: Delivering insightful financial analysis and monthly performance reviews to key stakeholders across various teams Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes – ensuring clarity and accuracy at every step Evaluating business cases and supporting investment decisions through robust modelling and appraisal Partnering with leaders to identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost efficiency Monitoring and managing financial KPIs, billing, cash collection, and time recording Assisting with profitability analysis, and commercial input into business development opportunities Taking ownership of ad hoc project work and contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes Providing finance training to non-finance stakeholders and enhancing financial understanding across the business Candidate Experience, Qualifications and Skills: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical knowledge and commercial instinct Excellent Excel and data modelling skills, with the ability to distil complex data into meaningful insight Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment A proactive and curious mindset, always looking to add value and improve how things are done Benefits Include: Annual salary up to £55,000.00 Hybrid working 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company perk scheme Fantastic company culture Join a business where finance isn\’t just about numbers – it\’s about shaping the future.
