We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a growing finance team based in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous credit control or accounts receivable experience who enjoys building relationships, managing accounts, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Building strong relationships with customers to resolve queries efficiently
- Allocating incoming payments accurately
- Raising and issuing customer statements
- Investigating and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies
- Supporting cash collection targets and reducing aged debt
- Maintaining accurate account records across finance systems
About You:
- Previous experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
- Experience in Non-Profit Organisations preferred
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
