We are working with a global business currently in the advanced stages of rolling out CAD Autodesk Vault across multiple international sites. With approximately six sites remaining, we are seeking a CAD Data Migration Lead to oversee the final stages of implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the roll-out of the CAD Autodesk Vault system across remaining global sites.
- Oversee and coordinate the migration of engineering data from legacy PDM systems—or from scratch where no system exists—into the new Vault environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies for data integrity and system compatibility.
- Provide guidance and training to local site teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CAD systems and engineering data structures.
- Proven experience in complex data migration projects, ideally in a PDM/PLM context.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Autodesk Vault is beneficial but not essential—a solid understanding of CAD and data workflows is key.
