An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing transformation function within a technology-led organisation undergoing significant change and expansion. The Role

As Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, documenting and redesigning business processes across both operational and commercial functions. You will be responsible for understanding current ways of working, identifying inefficiencies and designing future-state processes that improve consistency, governance and customer experience. Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts and technical teams, you will help create clear process documentation, standard operating procedures and business requirements that enable long-term operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process discovery workshops and document current-state ("As-Is") processes.
  • Design future-state ("To-Be") processes that support efficiency, scalability and improved customer experience.
