A high profile, boutique firm is looking to recruit a litigation solicitor to join the supportive team and handle an interesting, thought-provoking caseload with a real sense of purpose.
The role may suit:
- A qualified litigation solicitor 1-7+ PQE with some experience of commercial disputes and/or insolvency and looking to take that experience in a slightly new and interesting direction.
- A litigator looking for a degree of flexibility - could be a parent, someone who enjoys home working and or lives further afield, other personal commitments, pets, hobbies etc.
- A broad litigator keen to drill down and become a specialist in an important, fast growing, high profile area of law across the UK and internationally, surrounded by experts to coach and mentor.
A solicitor who values a team ethos and being treated like a grown-up above all else - there are no fee or hours targets, no marketing targets, no meetings for meetings' sake, no cancelled holidays, no lonely isolation. Just a sense of collective team responsibility, supporting each other, flexibility, great tech and teamwork.
Birmingham HQ - but flexibility around when you are there - perhaps once/twice a week initially but can flex to suit if you live further afield.
Salary can be flexible around the experience but probably from £50k-£70k DOE plus other benefits.
