A high growth in house M&A team is expanding its UK presence and looking for a sharp, ambitious Qualified Accountant to help drive acquisitions across the UK & Ireland. If you want real ownership, direct exposure to senior leaders, and the chance to shape deals from day one, this role puts you right at the heart of the action.
What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with founders, shareholders, and advisers
- Evaluate acquisition targets and extract key commercial and financial insights
- Develop financial models and contribute directly to deal structuring
- Lead early-stage due diligence and assess risks and opportunities
- Present findings to senior leadership and support transactions through to completion
What You'll Bring
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE with M&A
- 12 months' experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or transaction services
- Strong financial modelling and Excel capability
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
- Ambitions to develop a network of advisors
- Clear thinking, attention to detail, and strong commercial judgement
