In-house Commercial Paralegal role with a global, high profile business based in Birmingham. Hybrid working on offer (3 days in the office) and an excellent salary on offer up to £50,000 DOE.

Working with a hugely interesting business with a true global footprint and a genuine sense of purpose. As part of the lean, proactive legal and compliance function you will support key stakeholders across a range of matters working alongside some high profile team legal team members and excellent mentors.

  • Draft, review and support with the negotiation of a range of Commercial Contracts and agreements.
  • Support on key risk and compliance initiatives, Data Protection, corporate governance and ethics.
  • Add support on M&A activities and integration projects.
  • Prepare reports, briefing packs and training across the diverse stakeholder community.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced commercial paralegal (industry experience or practice) with strong drafting skills, experience in commercial contracts and a genuine appetite to influence and add value. Additional exposure to compliance, M&A and/or governance would be useful, however not essential as you will be given the support to truly broaden your in-house skill set.

A team player, with a proactive approach and confident building relationships you will have a naturally inquisitive nature. Excellent opportunity to diversify your skill set in a global business.

Hybrid working (3 days per week in the Birmingham office) excellent salary on offer c.£40,000-£50,000 basic.
