We're partnering with a highly respected professional services organisation that is investing heavily in its transformation capability and is seeking a Change Management Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how change is delivered across the business. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a growing Business Transformation function in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the key sponsors of transformation, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and embedding a firm-wide change management framework that supports both large-scale transformation programmes and smaller business-led initiatives. This is a key appointment for the organisation and will suit a seasoned Change professional who enjoys operating at both strategic and operational levels. You'll act as the organisation's subject matter expert for change management, advising senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring successful adoption of change across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable enterprise-wide change management framework.
- Define how change is governed, managed and embedded across the organisation.
- Establish best practice methodologies, tools and frameworks to support successful delivery.
- Lead business change workstreams within strategic transformation programmes.
- Create benefits realisation and impact assessment approaches to support prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Build and develop a Change Champion Network to drive engagement and adoption.
- Design and deliver communications, training and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure change initiatives align with strategic objectives.
- Measure success through adoption metrics, change readiness and benefits realisation.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and organisational change capability.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Change Management professional who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery expertise. You may already be operating in a Change Lead, Change Manager, Change Business Partner or Change Management Office leadership role and be looking for an opportunity where you can have greater influence and ownership. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience designing, implementing and embedding change management frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- Proven experience delivering business change within complex, regulated or process-driven environments.
- A consultative and solution-focused approach.
- Experience leading change workstreams within transformation programmes.
- Strong communication, engagement and facilitation skills.
- Experience within professional services, legal services, financial services, public sector or similarly regulated environments would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter or similar.
