Corporate Finance Associate Director Corporate Finance Midlands Competitive + bonus Are you an experienced Corporate Finance Manager or AD (Lead Advisor), seeking a new opportunity in an experienced, growing, entrepreneurial Midlands team? Have you been working in an M&A role and are keen to return to an advisory environment? My client is a Corporate Finance Advisory firm situated in the Midlands, who covers all aspects of advisory, including strategic, buy side, sell side and debt & equity raising. They work with a range of clients globally, including Private Equity, Corporates and Owner Managed businesses across a wide range of sectors. The role As an Associate Director you will be the main point of contact for clients, leading on transactions and advising on more complex deals, fee discussions and negotiations. You will be a strong project manager, and will take reins when it comes to planning, execution, deal management and progression. Internally, you will be the “go to” person alongside the partners.
