We're looking for someone eager to learn, naturally analytical, and passionate about getting data right to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow quickly, gain hands-on experience with Anaplan, and build a strong foundation in systems, data, and finance. You don't need to be a qualified accountant - you just need to understand the language of finance and be excited to learn more.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting and developing our planning system, Anaplan, helping translate business needs into system logic.
- Working closely with teams across the business to understand their requirements and turn them into accurate, reliable system inputs.
- Ensuring data is complete, consistent, and correct - because the right decisions depend on the right information.
- Helping maintain and improve dashboards, models, and reporting tools.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting cycles.
- Learning how our systems connect, how our business works, and how data flows across the organisation.
- Identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve processes.
