This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in sourcing and securing new land opportunities that align with our regional strategy and support our ambitious growth plans.

The role is to source and secure new land opportunities in line with Company requirements, Regional land strategy, and Group land acquisition parameters to meet the Region\’s business plan and future growth requirements. As part of the senior leadership team, you will take a \’whole company\’ perspective, acting as a Gleeson Ambassador for our vision, mission, and values, while positively influencing profitability and operational effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities

• Land Acquisition & Strategy
  • Source and secure land within a specified geographical area for immediate, short, and medium-term needs through agent contacts, planning leads, tenders, and off-market opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and promoters to stay informed on market trends and opportunities.
  • Agree Heads of Terms (HOTs) and purchase land to ensure continuity of supply aligned with regional forecasts.
