We're looking for a Regional Finance Director to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth, disciplined cash generation and strong financial governance across the Region.
As the senior financial authority for the Region, you'll partner closely with the Regional Managing Director, providing insight, challenge and direction across land acquisition, development delivery and sales performance. You'll ensure financial integrity, lead high-quality reporting, and act as a key gatekeeper for compliance with Group accounting policies and governance standards.

What You'll Be Doing- Financial leadership & governance - acting as the senior finance authority for the Region
- Management accounts & reporting - ensuring accuracy, integrity and clear insight every month
- Budgeting & forecasting - leading robust, realistic and strategically aligned plans
- Commercial valuation oversight - challenging revenues, costs and margins to protect performance
- Development appraisal support - ensuring appraisals are balanced, prudent and aligned to Group returns
- Cashflow ownership - overseeing forecasting, delivery and scenario modelling
- Data, systems & insight - championing accuracy, consistency and high-quality financial information
- Cross-functional collaboration - partnering Land, Sales, Construction and Commercial teams
- Leadership & team development - building a high-performing, commercially aware finance team
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Senior finance leadership experience in housebuilding, construction or a capital-intensive environment
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of group-level reporting
- Proven ability to influence senior operational and commercial leaders
- Experience supporting land appraisals, CVRs, and development cashflows
- Advanced analytical and modelling capability
- Confidence to challenge assumptions and hold firm positions when required
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate operational activity into financial insight
- Strong regional margin and cash performance
- High-quality, timely and accurate financial reporting
- Robust governance and disciplined commercial decision-making
