Are you genuinely passionate about providing a 5* Customer experience, helping our Sales team oversee the newbuild sales process from beginning to end and achieve success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our sales team. What we want is great personalities with strong motivational and people management skills, and a knowledge of the home buying process.
The role is varied with responsibilities such as leading a committed and highly effective team, maximising revenue opportunities whilst working collaboratively within the regional sales remit, Head of Sales/Sales Director and other regional functions to deliver the required operational performance and customer experience to meet the Region's business plan and future growth requirements. You'll have the pleasure of overseeing a team who take pride in settling new homeowners in, right where they belong.

This includes the sales excellence school, maximising your team's sales potentials and giving you all the toolkit for success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Produce and update a weekly sales report
- Ensure sales staff chase through reservations to exchange and completion
- Answer enquiries raised by Solicitors
- Manage the Sales Administrator
- Liaise with construction regarding CML and move in dates
- Check contract documentation
- Motivating the Sales Team
- Develop relationships with Estate Agents and nominated Solicitors
- Manage customer enquiries
- Manage the training of Sales Negotiators and relevant staff as applicable
- Liaise with marketing department on advertising, events and lead feedback
- Attend marketing planning meetings
- Liaise with signage and graphics companies regarding site requirements
- Managing new site set up
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in sales and sales management with an ability to inspire others to achieve high levels of sales success and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of using data and insight to complete needs analysis to drive operational strategies.
- Good coaching skills for developing sales excellence and undertaking career development conversations.
- Able to balance multiple priorities within a fast-changing and demanding environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A good knowledge of the Construction Industry and a broad understanding of the legal framework, mortgage market and financial implications of the methods and sequences of build.
- Demonstratable knowledge of the property market and competitor activity.
