What You'll Be Doing
As a Technical Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our construction teams have the accurate, timely information they need to deliver homes on programme and within budget. Your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining document registers for each project
- Distributing up-to-date information to all departments and construction teams
- Monitoring receipt of NHBC conditions and uploading requested information
- Maintaining and keeping live trackers up to date
- Support with Solicitors enquiries
- General administrative duties
