As Solutions Design Manager, you'll be at the forefront of transforming warehouse operations, shaping efficient, scalable solutions that support continued expansion. Locations: South Midlands (Hybrid)

Salary: £50-70,000

Duties:

  • Establish the requirements, scope, and resources needed to support bid creation, including developing detailed specifications.
  • Partner with clients to gain a clear understanding of their operational challenges and design bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Evaluate end-to-end operational workflows to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance.
  • Collaborate with selected suppliers and third-party partners to build robust and competitive tender submissions.
  • Interpret customer requirements and supporting data to shape solution proposals, including factors such as site constraints, infrastructure, and service expectations.
  • Develop and present technically sound solutions, outlining material, labour, and financial requirements.
  • Ensure effective integration of systems and technologies to enhance automation, improve accuracy, and enable better real-time visibility.
