I have partnered with a global digital organisation undergoing significant transformation and change, who have a need for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join the business on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting senior leaders and international teams through organisational change, transformation initiatives, and complex people matters across Europe.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent German speaker (essential)
- French language skills highly desirable
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within global or international organisations
- Strong background supporting business transformation and organisational change
- Extensive TUPE experience
- Comfortable working in a hands-on delivery role
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple regions
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice within European markets
