This pivotal role offers the opportunity to oversee complex, high-value projects spanning transport, warehousing, supply chain, and advanced automation, ensuring the business continues to scale with agility and precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects end to end, from initiation and planning through delivery and post‑implementation review
- Establish clear project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and reporting requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for allocated projects
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams
- Convert business and customer needs into well‑defined project outcomes and deliverables
- Support product range management and full product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to deliver timely, commercially viable product launches
- Contribute to purchasing and procurement initiatives that enhance value and operational efficiency
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks such as budget pressures, supplier delays, etc.
