We’re seeking a creative and driven Organic Growth Manager to elevate our brand presence on Instagram and TikTok, and to build a high-performing influencer affiliate program. This role blends content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnership management to drive organic growth and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Growth: Develop and execute daily organic content strategies for Instagram and TikTok. Create or coordinate engaging, on-brand posts, Reels, and TikToks that resonate with women 30+. Monitor engagement and community interactions to foster authentic relationships.
- Influencer Program Development: Research and identify influencers and creators aligned with our brand values and target demographic. Conduct outreach and manage influencer communications with warmth and professionalism. Coordinate influencer product gifting and ensure smooth delivery of collaboration materials. Design and implement affiliate and commission structures for influencer partners. Track influencer performance, analyze ROI, and optimize partnership strategies.
Qualifications:
