We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with strong persuasive advertising and copywriting expertise to own the ideation and messaging that drives performance. You’ll turn customer insights, performance data, and market awareness into high-converting creative angles, scripts, and messaging systems that scale. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy combining consumer psychology, performance data, and direct-response copywriting while leading creative direction and staying close to what actually converts.
Responsibilities- Develop and own the creative strategy for paid social grounded in direct-response principles.
- Translate performance data, customer research, and competitive insights into persuasive copy frameworks and angles.
- Lead the development of ad concepts and repeatable creative systems that scale.
- Guide brainstorming and build a “testing roadmap” of angles, messages, and formats tied to clear hypotheses.
- Set creative standards to ensure consistent brand voice + persuasion quality across ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Work closely with Media Buyer to identify what’s working, why, and how to scale it with better messaging.
- Use platform learnings and audience behavior to shape creative testing and copy direction.
- Build feedback loops so creative evolves weekly based on performance data across ads, landing pages, and funnels.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative research and performance testing.
- Proven ability to prepare structured briefs and prompts for AI-generated ad creatives (scripts, hooks, visuals, UGC-style ads).
- 4–7+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or e-commerce marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with direct‑response copywriting.
- Direct experience with women’s wellness, supplements, or health‑related products strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to prepare structured briefs/prompts for AI-generated ad creatives (e.g., scripts, hooks, visuals, UGC-style ads).
- Strong portfolio of paid social creative with proven ROI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
