We’re looking for a highly skilled AI Ad Creative Designer (Meta – Static & Video) to support our in-house Creative Team. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality AI avatars, short-form video ad creatives, and static assets using advanced AI design and editing tools. This role focuses on high-volume, performance-driven creative production for Meta, Instagram & TikTok.
Responsibilities Include:
- Generate realistic AI Avatars for Meta Ads
- Produce A-Roll and B-Roll static ad creatives using the same AI characters
- Maintain strict character consistency across face, hair, body type etc.
- Ensure no visual drift (e.g., redhead in frame 1 becoming a different body type in frame 3)
- Develop repeatable workflows to scale Avatar production
- Deliver production-ready footage and static assets
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high quality AI Avatars
- Proven ability to maintain character consistency across multiple scenes
- Demonstrated experience creating both video ads and static ad creatives
- Strong eye for realism and continuity and performance-driven creative
- Experience with tools such as Sora, Google Flow, Arcads, N8N, Kie.AI, Claude Opus, Nano Banana, or similar AI video and automation platforms is required.
