Data and Reporting Specialist – Gleeds
Location: Manchester or other Gleeds offices with hybrid working possibilities (Manchester, Warrington, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff or London). Permanent, full-time with flexible working and core hours. Based in our Manchester office (or listed offices) on a permanent basis.

Your role
You will be part of a team of experienced Data Analysts delivering and monitoring infrastructure programmes and providing data analytic solutions to clients on major construction and infrastructure projects. You will use tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation and support data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation (including the use of business information tools).
- Identify, collect and migrate data to and from a range of systems.
- Manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data alongside a range of analytical studies on that data.
- Manipulate and link different data sets.
- Summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for users.
Note: We are a flexible team that supports each other’s projects and value variety in development.
What we’re looking for
- Experience within data analytics, data modelling, data visualisation.
- Extensive knowledge, understanding and experience utilising SQL to manipulate databases.
- Experience with data tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
- Strong experience with a variety of Power Apps.
- Ideally experience in delivering data and reporting roles within the built environment.
- Ideally HNC, HND or Degree qualification in Construction Management, Data Science, Engineering, IT, or similar disciplines.
