Gleeds is seeking an Assistant/Consultant Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure projects across the UK. The role involves contract and commercial management, cost management, risk management, estimating, and attending contract meetings. It is a permanent, full-time position with flexible working options.

Typical daily tasks include:

  • Contract/Commercial Management
  • Cost Management
  • Preparation and validation of accounts
  • Reporting and savings analysis
  • Risk and change management
  • Attending meetings and ensuring quality compliance

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in UK infrastructure projects and NEC3/4 contracts
  • Qualifications such as HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields
  • A passion for infrastructure and sustainability
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
