Gleeds is seeking an Assistant/Consultant Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure projects across the UK. The role involves contract and commercial management, cost management, risk management, estimating, and attending contract meetings. It is a permanent, full-time position with flexible working options.

Typical daily tasks include:
- Contract/Commercial Management
- Cost Management
- Preparation and validation of accounts
- Reporting and savings analysis
- Risk and change management
- Attending meetings and ensuring quality compliance
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in UK infrastructure projects and NEC3/4 contracts
- Qualifications such as HNC, HND, or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields
- A passion for infrastructure and sustainability
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
