We have an exciting opportunity supporting a major infrastructure program. We seek an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor and Cost Management professional eager to develop their career in a professional and personable environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality cost management services
- Cost Planning and Estimating
- Cost Verification assurance
- Assessing and reporting on financial controls
- Preparing cost reports and assurance statements
- Evaluating contract compliance, including change orders and variations
- Managing Contract Change Control
- Leading Commercial/Contract meetings
- Adhering to Quality Management Systems and procedures
About You
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
- Experience with major UK Infrastructure Projects
- Expertise in cost verification and assurance
- Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or related field
- A passion for infrastructure, sustainability, and quality work
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
