About this opportunity
The current M&E team has a rapidly expanding profile and continues to succeed securing prominent national frameworks. Projects are spread across both the private and public sectors with many other blue-chip clients. As a result, there are opportunities to progress quickly within a vibrant and successful team environment.
You will be actively involved in assisting in the delivery of the following services:
- Design services for projects up to £10m in value
- Engineering calculations including cable sizing, lighting etc.
- Preparation of specifications and drawings
- Evaluation of contractor’s design proposals
- Quality monitoring / site installation inspections
- Condition surveys and strategic life cycle appraisals
Working with a diverse range of clients - retail, education, commercial, leisure and health, for example - you will have the opportunity to be part of the team on a number of exciting projects.

About You
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Engineers who are degree qualified and actively working towards chartered status with CIBSE/IET. You should be capable of using suitable design software and AutoCAD/Revit. You will have experience working in a similar surveying/design consultancy practice, but candidates with experience with Building Services contractors will be considered. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus enthusiasm and ambition.
