We’re looking for an experienced Senior or Associate Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful healthcare projects, while mentoring teams and strengthening client partnerships.

The Role: You’ll be a senior member of our Programme and Project Management team, leading new and ongoing healthcare projects. You’ll work closely with Business Unit Directors, contribute to strategic growth, and ensure excellence in delivery across every stage.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working as part of a team in delivering complex health sector projects from business case through delivery
- Building trusted, long-term client relationships
- Identifying and driving new business opportunities
- Managing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams
- Acting as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent or Project Manager
- Overseeing NEC4 contracts (accreditation support will be provided)
- Preparing and presenting high-quality reports and contributing to bids
- Managing financial performance and commercial outcomes
- Mentoring and coaching colleagues to help them thrive
- Proactively managing risk and ensuring professional standards

What we’re looking for: You’ll bring both technical expertise and leadership capability.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in the Health Sector
- NEC4 contract experience
- Business Case Stage delivery experience
- Public Sector project delivery experience
- Strong background in project and/or programme management
- Sound understanding of construction procurement strategies
- Knowledge of building contract legislation
- Experience administering contracts as CA, EA or PM
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Commercially aware with strong financial acumen
- Analytical and solution-focused
- Highly organised with strong ICT capability (MS Office proficiency)
