Role Overview: As the Bid Writer, you will support the Strategic Pursuits team on Gleeds' most high‐profile and complex bids throughout the full end‐to‐end pursuit lifecycle. This includes supporting and championing the Global Pursuit Bid Process (GPBP), from early positioning and pre‐bid strategy (including Position to Win), through to live bid development and post‐tender interviews. You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Pursuits, Head of Global Pursuits, Strategic Pursuit Leads, Bid/Proposal Managers and technical teams to:

- Is proactive, collaborative and able to work in high‐performing teams
- Brings creativity, ideas and continuous improvement to the team
- Maintains high standards of professionalism and accountability
As part of the Strategic Pursuits team, you will be expected to operate with a high level of ownership and quality, contributing to bids that have a direct impact on Gleeds' global growth.
