Gleeds is seeking an experienced Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join its Midlands team, with the flexibility to be based from either Nottingham or Birmingham office. The role covers pre- and post-contract cost management across varied sectors, with Industrial experience advantageous.
You will work alongside Business Unit Directors, develop customer relationships, deliver cost planning, tendering, and reporting, and support procurement strategies. MRICS qualification is desirable.
